The Challenge
Alpha Development were looking to make a large amount of continuous hires over a period of 18 months. Including 5 senior Leadership hires. All hires would span across UK, North America, Middle East and Asia.
Whilst they had a HR Manager in place, they knew the recruitment task was a large one and needed to allow the HR Manager to focus on other large HR Projects. They also wanted to hire a HR Director to help them establish more robust people policies and practices to aid the high growth phase and beyond.
As a result, Alpha Development tasked RS Talent Solutions with not only filling a large number of hires, but also advising and implementing internal practices which would allow Alpha Development to build their very own internal talent function that would be fit their future growth.
The Solution
A dedicated internal recruiter to manage all the hiring needs which included:

- Set up internal LinkedIn Recruiter Licenses
- Help recruit a HR Director, a talent acquisition assistant and Talent Acquisition Manager to take over and run the internal talent function
- Improve all ratio’s across the business to help reduce recruitment costs, reduce time spent on recruitment and improve efficiency and processes
Results Summary
- We filled 100% of all client vacancies within contracted period
- We secured all 5 senior leadership hires for the business as well as 21 other hires in London, New York, Abu Dhabi and Singapore
- We established and set up an internal talent function fit for a future internal talent team
