Rohan Shah
Rohan is responsible for the overall growth and direction of Reuben Sinclair whilst helping a number of global and national clients transform their talent acquisition strategies. He enjoys watching and playing golf (when he can), performing the odd magic trick and playing the guitar (badly).

Tania wears a few hats at Reuben Sinclair; managing operations, HR, and finance whilst ensuring compliance and stakeholders’ expectations are met. She enjoys rustling up a new recipe (not always a Michelin starred outcome), getting lost in art listings and globetrotting when time permits.

As well as overseeing the PR & Communications team, Alex works with in house PR teams and PR agency leaders to advise on all aspects of talent acquisition, from best practice recruitment processes to employer branding, and offers career guidance to PR professionals at all levels. Outside of work, Alex can often be found competing on the badminton court, cheering enthusiastically at the rugby, or with her Labrador, Willow.

Neil leads the digital & marketing recruitment team, recruiting for award-winning agencies and in-house teams. Joined RS as a fresh faced grad, now a company veteran. Resident office DJ and captain of the Reuben Sinclair 5-a side football team. Born in the US and raised in the UK, he now lives in Brighton with his growing family. Loves sliding down mountains on skis and cheering on Man Utd.

Outside of work she’s a self-described reality TV addict with a serious penchant for red wine – most evenings expect her perched on the sofa with a glass (or two!) of Sangiovese.
