Rohan is responsible for the overall growth and direction of Reuben Sinclair whilst helping a number of global and national clients transform their talent acquisition strategies. He enjoys watching and playing golf (when he can), performing the odd magic trick and playing the guitar (badly).

As co-founder, Grant works across all areas of Reuben's Sinclair's business projects, customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Outside of the office, he can mostly be found running slowly, hitting monster drives on the golf course or trying yet again, for a single-guess Wordle.

Tania Davies

Tania wears a few hats at Reuben Sinclair; managing operations, HR, and finance whilst ensuring compliance and stakeholders’ expectations are met.  She enjoys rustling up a new recipe (not always a Michelin starred outcome), getting lost in art listings and globetrotting when time permits.

Alexandra Stevens

As well as overseeing the PR & Communications team, Alex works with in house PR teams and PR agency leaders to advise on all aspects of talent acquisition, from best practice recruitment processes to employer branding, and offers career guidance to PR professionals at all levels. Outside of work, Alex can often be found competing on the badminton court, cheering enthusiastically at the rugby, or with her Labrador, Willow.

Neil leads the digital & marketing recruitment team, recruiting for award-winning agencies and in-house teams. Joined RS as a fresh faced grad, now a company veteran. Resident office DJ and captain of the Reuben Sinclair 5-a side football team. Born in the US and raised in the UK, he now lives in Brighton with his growing family. Loves sliding down mountains on skis and cheering on Man Utd.

Callum Stevenson

Callum has been tasked with heading up the Corporate Affairs division at Reuben Sinclair. Since joining the firm in 2016, he has worked in close partnership with a variety of clients in the corporate communications and public affairs space(s) in the U.K. and U.S. Outside of recruitment, you can find Callum doing up his newly bought Victorian cottage or attempting to scrummage against younger, and more agile, opposition.

A former PR girl turned recruiter, Ijeoma is now Reuben Sinclair’s resident consumer specialist, using her tips, tricks and industry knowledge to help passionate PR professionals from all consumer sectors land jobs they love. Outside of work she’s a self-described reality TV addict with a serious penchant for red wine – most evenings expect her perched on the sofa with a glass (or two!) of Sangiovese.

Esther has a wealth of recruitment experience, over many disciplines, and has particular responsibility for candidate attraction and care at Reuben Sinclair.  She is quite keen on the odd glass or two of rose, visiting beautiful places in the sun and touring (pillion!) on the motorbike sur le continent.

Molly is a driven recruiter, with prior experience recruiting into the Technology and Insurance sectors, and now as part of the Digital Marketing team at Reuben Sinclair. She is passionate toward sourcing the best talent possible for our range of dedicated clients across this space, both in the UK and overseas. Outside of work, Molly enjoys weekend hiking trips, watching live sports and the odd glass(es) of white wine!
