Our Story

Back in 2007, a vision was shared in Hammersmith, West London.

Rohan Shah and Grant Dixon co-founded Reuben Sinclair, determined to take recruitment for PR, Marketing & Sales professionals to new heights.


Their streamlined team quickly outgrew its space. Today, Reuben Sinclair thrives in Central London’s Monument - London Bridge district, a team of fourteen experts building bridges between exceptional talent and businesses worldwide.


Rohan, a champion for ethics, instilled core values as the company’s

foundation and drives customer satisfaction. Grant, with his focus on

operational excellence, leads client projects across multiple geographies.


Together, they’ve steered Reuben Sinclair to multiple industry awards, including Best Specialist Recruitment Business and a coveted, exclusive Talent Partner status with the PRCA.
