Job Title: Digital Account Manager
Location: Loughborough, UK
Onsite – 5 days a week

Reuben Sinclair have partnered with one of the UK’s leading brand agencies, in supporting their recruitment drive. We are looking for an ambitious Digital Account Manager to join their growing team.
This is truly an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced agency environment, working with a range of clients across a multitude of industries nationally, and internationally (including both Retail and B2B).
Key responsibilities but not limited to:
- Manage several new and existing regional and national accounts.
- Support the Head of Digital in coordinating and delivering agreed activities for clients to tight deadlines.
- Monitor and report on each account’s progress, working closely with both internal departments and external suppliers.
- Maintain close contact with the client at all stages of the delivery.
- Manage each account’s budget, ensuring effective control and reconciliation of costs and management of job bags to deliver agency profit.
What are we looking for:
- At least two years’ experience in a similar role
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A good understanding of SEO, PPC and Web practices.
- Comfortable using Google Analytics and Google Ads to generate monthly reports and monitor campaign performance against client targets.
- Excellent client facing support and the ability to always delivering high quality services.

This role is based their Loughborough office and it is an onsite position (5 days a week)
