About the Role
This Content Account Manager role offers the opportunity to play a key role in creating compelling written content for clients, managing editorial content projects, and developing content strategies.
You’d be responsible for:

Managing a range of content-marketing projects, coordinating freelance writers and internal team members to ensure work is delivered on time, to brief and in line with agreed strategic objectives.

Writing and editing high-quality content including articles, blogs, white papers, reports, website copy, presentations, newsletters, case studies and advertorials.

Working with clients and internal teams to understand briefs, audiences, channels, objectives and KPIs, translating these into effective content strategies and campaigns.

Managing workload, costs and relationships across the freelance-writer network, coordinating briefings and project administration while working
About you
The ideal candidate will be an experienced B2B editorial content marketer or copywriter, with a proven track record of producing high-quality written content.
You’ll bring:

Proven expertise in B2B editorial content marketing and/or copywriting, ideally within an agency setting.

Exceptional writing skills with a focus on creating clear, engaging and informative content.

Experience editing content and ensuring it meets editorial standards, brand requirements and agreed objectives.

Excellent organisational, project management and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, freelance writers and internal teams.

A creative, proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to contribute strategically relevant and commercially minded content ideas.

Experience managing freelance writers, suppliers, budgets or external stakeholders would be advantageous.
Salary: circa £40,000 - 45,000 depending on experience
