An exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join this media intelligence solutions company. This is a global company , conducting research of media coverage, with many international offices and has been working to provide communications and media intelligence solutions for over 30 years.

 

About the role of Account Manager

This is an Account Manager role, the Account Manager will ma nage their client accounts to ensure the desired results are achieved, the most efficient resources are used, and all stakeholders involved are satisfied . The Account Manager will have responsibility for creating exceptional client deliverables by utilising the network of operational resources, SAEs and AEs.

Key Responsibilities for the Account Manager

  • Daily servicing of client accounts
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationship with key client stakeholders
  • Assisting in development of briefs for new and existing clients
  • Strategic analysis report development with Account Director support
  • Retention of clients, broader identification of opportunities for revenue growth of existing client base
  • Taking full responsibility and ownership for smaller client accounts
  • Creating proposals for ad hoc client work, and a , greeing pricing with client / Account Director
  • Communicating client project and ad hoc costs for invoicing to Account Director and Finance

 

About the ideal Account Manager

 

You’ll be analytical in approach and experienced working in a similar role , ideally with experience in the media intelligence/analysis/market research space. Have a great understanding of client relationship management.

If you have or would wish to take an interest in the communications evaluation sector, networking at events, participating in online conversations, learning from industry leaders, and sharing this knowledge with your colleagues , then this could be just the role for you!

Skills & Experience needed for the Account Manager

 

  • Experience supporting clients’ accounts
  • R esearch and analytical skills
  • A track-record in media analysis, media intelligence market research, social media or marketing analytics. PR experience is a benefit in depth knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Good knowledge of best practice in the communications evaluation sector, latest industry trends and topics
  • A good level/understanding of MS Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
  • A keen interest in the media space and the changes it frequently brings
