How to Identify and Avoid Recruitment Scams

Important Notice: Protecting Our Network from Fraudulent Activities
At Reuben Sinclair, we prioritise the security and trust of our candidates. We've recently become aware of a concerning trend where unauthorised individuals are impersonating recruitment professionals, including those from reputable agencies like ours.
What You Need to Know
Scammers are creating fake profiles on various social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Facebook.
They may contact you through messaging apps like WhatsApp, or post fraudulent job advertisements on social media.
Their goal is to obtain personal information, submit false job applications, or even request upfront payments from job seekers.
How Reuben Sinclair Operates
Our initial contact with new candidates is always through official channels: emails from our @reuben-sinclair.com domain, LinkedIn (cross-check consultant profiles with our team page, or phone calls from our registered office numbers.
We never initiate first contact through messaging apps like WhatsApp or Telegram.
Reuben Sinclair will never ask for payment from candidates for our services.
