Winner of the Global Recruiter award 2017 for 'Best Recruitment Consultant', Neil spearheads the martketing nad digital recruitment division for Reuben Sinclair acting as a trusted advisor to many household brands and start-ups alike for their marketing and digital talent strategies. Half American and half English, Neil graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2013, where he studied Sports and Materials Science. After spending 6 months working in the French Alps, Neil Joined Reuben Sinclair in October 2014, quickly progressing through the ranks Outside of work, Neil enjoys skiing, jazz, football, Thai food and travelling.
Nadia Elkheir - Digital Marketing Recruitment Senior Consultant
Nadia is a Senior Consultant with a core focus on guiding clients on their digital marketing talent requirements across all industry sectors. With experience of working for one of the largest operators of restaurants, pubs and bars in the UK, Nadia was already no stranger to putting in the long hours to ensure client requirements are met before joining Reuben Sinclair. Her spare time, sees her volunteering for a range of causes in London and in her home town of Hastings.
James Dance - Data & Analytics Consultant
Since joining Reuben Sinclair James as gained invaluable initial insight into the commercial world. Specialising in the data industry within marketing and digital, he is working with innovative brands on a global basis. Outside of work James is a keen runner. Over the course of nine months he has been working on cutting down his 10k time and has sights set on smashing a half-marathon in 1h25 (and eventually a marathon in under 3 hours). Ambitious? Absolutely.
Joe Spragg - Data & Analytics Consultant
Joe joins the digital marketing team following his world travels earlier this year. Harnessing his excellent client management and communication skills learnt through his Physiotherapy degree, Joe strives to provide expert client service cross-industry, within the world of data for commerce. At the weekend, you’ll find Joe at White Hart Lane watching Tottenham Hotspur, playing music in a local South West London pub or enjoying a kick-a-bout in the park with his friends.
