Rohan Shah - Managing Director & Co-founder
Rohan started his career in recruitment more than 10 years ago in a global sales and marketing recruitment consultancy. In 2007 Rohan co-founded Reuben Sinclair, with the vision to introduce exceptional sales and marketing professionals to businesses around the UK and in Europe. Rohan has continued to build relationships with candidates and clients as well as growing the business through new initiatives. All this amazing hard work earnt Rohan the title 'Recruitment Boss of the Year 2018' at the Marketing and Digital Recruitment Awards. Rohan spends his spare time with his wife and young daughters. He also loves to play tennis and golf and is learning to play the guitar and is looking forward to playing to adoring crowds(!).
Grant Dixon - Managing Director & Co-founder
As a co-founder of Reuben Sinclair, Grant invests his time across all the business operations whilst working closely with a number of our largest clients. Grant leads the training & development function resulting in Reuben Sinclair being recognised as providing an award winning training programme for the team. The majority of his spare time in the hotter months is spent throwing his golf clubs in the lake.
Alexandra Lewington - Head of PR & Communications Recruitment
Alexandra heads up our PR and Communications division, overseeing a team of recruitment consultants and ensuring high levels of service to both clients and candidates. Still a hands on recruiter, Alexandra works across both consumer and corporate PR, within PR agencies and in house PR teams. Alexandra also chairs the PRCA’s Recruitment Forum, which aims to help the PR industry address challenges surrounding talent acquisition and retention. In 2016, Alexandra was awarded the winner of the Best Permanent Recruitment Consultant at the Global Recruiter Awards. In her spare time Alexandra can be found cheering on Saracens rugby team, discovering great places to eat, or jetting off in search of the sunshine.
Neil Grant - Head of Digital & Marketing Recruitment
Half American and half English, Neil graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2013, where he studied Sports and Materials Science. After spending 6 months working in the French Alps, Neil Joined Reuben Sinclair in October 2014, and is now Managing Consultant of the Digital & Marketing team. His personable, detailed and positive approach to his work has made him a big hit with his candidates and clients, and has seen him forge trusted relationships. Outside of work, Neil enjoys skiing, jazz, football, Thai food and travelling.
Tania Davies - Office Manager and Financial Controller
Tania joins Reuben Sinclair with over ten years’ of HR, Finance and Office Management experience spanning Executive Coaching, Recruitment and Training companies. Tania ensures all the back office systems run smoothly and efficiently, while also co-running PRogress, the peer-to-peer advisory group for PR leaders. In her spare time she is a lover of the arts, film, travel and food.
Steve Woodward - Head of Freelance and Contract
Steve heads up our freelance and contract division where he personally focuses on the PR and Communications space, but also oversees all our freelance digital, marketing, brand and tech roles. With nineteen years experience in the recruitment industry Steve brings a wealth of contract industry knowledge to the company, having worked his way up from trainee to MD. During his career Steve has created teams and standalone divisions from scratch, with this experience being divided between global recruitment agencies, through to boutique and specialist industry sector suppliers.
Outside of the world of freelance, Steve can be found cutting up the trails and canal paths on his mountain bike or taking it slow on a paddleboard whilst also keeping pace with two teenagers running the family Uber and creating his own version of DIY SOS.
Jessica Ferguson - Head of Talent Partnerships
Jess heads up our in-house recruitment solution, rs-engage. Her primary focus is growing and developing this area of our business, which includes working with both prospective and existing clients to nurture relationships. She also manages live projects, including diversity and inclusion planning, assessment days, and ATS roll-outs. A self-confessed ‘feeder’ Jess loves to cook, eat, and day-dream about food. When she’s not knee-deep in pasta fantasies, she’s usually out and about dancing to Disco, watching her beloved Ru Paul, or trying her hand at Yoga.
Callum Stevenson - PR Associate Director
Born just outside of Edinburgh, Scotland, Callum joined the grad scheme as a MSc graduate of International Relations from the University of Stirling in 2016. In his spare time, Callum can be found on the rugby pitch playing for the Civil Service Stags, and was, whilst at University, the rugby 1xv Captain. In addition to this he also enjoys travelling and raising money for a number of different charities including: ‘Conor’s Journey’ and ‘The Cure Parkinson’s Trust’.
Louisa Wetton - PR Associate Director
Having started her career within the PR industry, working on agency side for over 6 years, Louisa moved into PR recruitment to grow her skill set within an industry she had grown to know and love. Louisa joined us in February 2018 and is currently working with some of the best PR agencies and in house PR teams in the world, connecting them with the top talent in the market!
