Rohan Shah - Managing Director & Co-founder
Rohan started his career in recruitment more than 10 years ago in a global sales and marketing recruitment consultancy. In 2007 Rohan co-founded Reuben Sinclair, with the vision to introduce exceptional sales and marketing professionals to businesses around the UK and in Europe. Rohan has continued to build relationships with candidates and clients as well as growing the business through new initiatives. Rohan spends his spare time with his wife and young daughter. He also loves to play tennis and golf and is learning to play the guitar and is looking forward to playing to adoring crowds(!).
Grant Dixon - Managing Director & Co-founder
As a co-founder of Reuben Sinclair, Grant works across the business. Grant spends much of his day heading up, coaching and mentoring our sales recruitment team who place senior sales candidates into vital sales roles within our clients businesses. Grant also enjoys being hands on and works closely with a number of our largest clients. Grant is a fantastic coach to his team and puts a lot of effort into helping his team to progress their careers and increase their effectiveness.
Alexandra Lewington - Head of PR & Communications Recruitment
Alexandra specialises in marketing, consumer and lifestyle PR. As the company's Client Services Manager Alexandra goes above and beyond to ensure that all of our clients' recruitment needs are met. In 2016, Alexandra was awarded the winner of the Best Permanent Recruitment Consultant at the Global Recruiter Awards. The judges awarded Alexandra for being “an exceptional biller with an impressive CV to interview ratio. A role model to other consultants leading from the front. Adds back into the industry as a key note speaker. Quoted as being a recruitment star.” In her spare time Alexandra can be found cheering on Saracens rugby team, discovering great places to eat, or jetting off in search of the sunshine.
Hannah Hodgkinson - Marketing Manager
Hannah has been recruited to set up and deliver our marketing strategy in order to push Reuben Sinclair to it's next level. Hannah owns all marketing aspects within Reuben Sinclair and is responsible for connecting with the audiences we want to talk to. Hannah has a not-for-profit background working in a range of marketing roles for an international charity in the UK and in Australia. Hannah is an avid foodie and spends her weekends discovering new spots around London.
Beth Thomas - Office Manager and Financial Controller
Beth joins Reuben Sinclair with three years worth of PA and Office Manager experience after graduating from Durham University in 2013. She has worked within PR and recruitment companies within the city and is highly organised and proactive.
In her spare time she plays netball for a London club and has a passion for rugby, travelling and photography.
Neil Grant - Head of Digital Recruitment
Half American and half English, Neil graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2013, where he studied Sports and Materials Science. After spending 6 months working in the French Alps, Neil Joined Reuben Sinclair in October 2014, quickly progressing to a Consultant within the PR & Digital team. His personable, detailed and positive approach to his work has made him a big hit with his candidates and clients, and has seen him forge trusted relationships. Outside of work, Neil enjoys skiing, jazz, football, Thai food and travelling.
