Payment
On Successful placement, you will not receive the usual lump sum invoice expecting full payment within 14 days. Instead, you will receive an invoice for 10% of our fee which will be due within 30 days and thereafter 10% a month for the remaining 9 months. These small monthly payments will allow you to manage your cash flow and recruitment budget, whilst also providing the flexibility to continue growing your business.
Our Guarantees to you
- If the candidate leaves within the first 10 months you will effectively receive up to 100% refund; As soon as the candidate leaves your business – payments will cease.
- In the first 3 months you will receive a free replacement. In the remaining months you will receive a reduced fee replacement with the same payment terms (optional).
- All branded advertising will be refunded on successful placement
- The level of our services will not be compromised.
