Our recruitment services are delivered by specialist teams directed by a Managing Consultant, all with specific sector knowledge. Contingency Recruitment
A "pay on results" recruitment offering which still benefits from a structured recruitment process: job advertising, CV screening, candidate profiling, submitting CV's and full candidate management from initial contact through to employee start date.
Strategic Search & Selection
A strategic and comprehensive three stage recruitment process tailored specifically for finding senior level candidates, or candidates possessing specific expertise in niche areas. Due to the often sensitive nature of search assignments we always ensure a confidentiality structure is agreed with the client. The three stages in brief are: full briefing and industry resourcing, short-listing and interviews, due-diligence and placement. Payment is typically split over the three stages.
Recruitment Process Outsourcing
A fully managed service where we become your ultimate recruitment partner. Based on or off site, we manage and maintain all of your organisation's recruitment processes. This includes but is not limited to: job inception and spec creation, fee negotiations, management of other recruitment suppliers and structured assessment measurements. Advertising Management
A branded advertisement with your company logo will be placed in specific media channels (Online and/or Print). All applications will be managed, screened and replied to, followed by preliminary interviews for relevant candidates. A final shortlist will be submitted for the client's interviewing process. Upfront cost will be due for the advertisement/s, which will be refunded on successful placement. A great branding and marketing addition for your company at no extra cost to your recruitment process!
