Partner Account Manager – Talent Management / Assessment / L&D / HR Sector – £32.5K basic
My Client is a market leading Talent Management, Leadership & Development and Psychometric Assessment solutions consultancy. Helping FTSE 100 corporations down to small to medium enterprises, my clients solutions allow companies to assess and select the best talent in the market place and maintain and develop talent already within their company. As a company with a solid reputation in the market place, they have continued to grow and are actively seeking a Business Development / Account Management professional to join the team.
As a Business Development / Account Manager you will be responsible for taking full ownership a position that will see you working with Partners rather than direct end users. You will be handed over existing relationships with major partners such as large Recruitment Process Outsourcing providers and Major HR Consultancies / Outsourcers. The role will see you developing fruitful relationships with the partners and educating them on how my clients products can add value to their overall service offering. This is ultimately a channel position where working with and training partners is absolutely key. The role will be 70-80% focussing on servicing and working with existing accounts and the rest of the time will be developing new partner contact. This is a very strategic position that requires an autonomous and proactive individual. Whilst Client meetings are essential, this role will be based from luxury offices in South West London.
For this role, my client is ideally looking for individuals with a current proven track record in the sales and delivery of psychometric assessment solutions or learning and development solutions. Alternatively, my client will look at sales professionals providing a solution or service to the recruitment and/or HR sector. A senior Recruitment Consultant will also be strongly considered for the position. Ideally the successful candidate will have a degree in a psychology or business discipline. You will be well presented, able to present at board level, have experience in putting together proposals and totally autonomous in approach.
For this role, my client will pay a salary basic salary up to £32.5K along with a very realistic OTE of £45-50K.
